While at the scene, troopers found multiple other vehicles that could have been unlawfully solicited.

Troopers discovered that Ready For Action Collision would arrive to crash scenes and unlawfully solicit business, misrepresent insurance companies, and tow vehicles under false pretenses.

According to a news release, the vehicles would then be taken to the collision center and kept there via threats of liens, extortion, and fraud by the business owner.

On Monday, troopers executed a search warrant and recovered a stolen vehicle and impounded the company’s primary tow truck.
