The website was back up and running Tuesday morning.
Looks like you can now get to the @OCFElections page on a desktop, but this is still the page that comes up on the 📱. pic.twitter.com/6RmBUxxeo7

Several users reported that the website was redirecting them to the wrong website, leaving many people unable to track their mail-ballots.
Supervisor of Elections Office officials said they were aware of the issue.
Election officials said they “encountered a technical issue with our DNS server which translates the IP address to the domain name.”
As a temporary fix, they said to visit https://34.232.90.38.
When users enter the IP address, they will need to click on “Advanced” or “More information” to access the website.
Officials said there will be a warning because of the DNS server but the site is secure and safe.
The website was not hacked and there was not a security breach.
and then 'Go to web page' or 'Go to 34.232.90.38'. There will be a warning because of the issues with the DNS server, but the site is secure and safe. 3/3
