An Orange County Fire lieutenant is suspended after he was accused of sending nude photos while on duty.
However, the lieutenant, Edward Stuemke, is fighting back, saying the woman he sent them to, sent them to the county to get revenge when he ended their relationship.

County investigators say the lieutenant, who is in a position of leadership and manages others and has been with the department for 15 years, should have known better than to allegedly take the photos and perform sex acts while in a fire station bathroom.

Stuemke and his union attorney argue he’s the victim. Florida is one of at least 38 states with “revenge porn” laws, which state it’s a misdemeanor crime to willingly share nude photos of someone who has an expectation of privacy, and that the photo won’t be shared without their permission.
Stuemke’s attorney has accused the county of being an accessory to the alleged crime.
Stuemke, who was newly promoted, has a week to appeal his suspension.
