ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County officials announced the closure of its COVID-19 testing and vaccination site at Barnett Park on Friday.
Government officials said the county is waiting for federal funding updates from the U.S. Congress to continue free services.
The site will close as of 5 p.m. Friday.
The county said COVID-19 testing and vaccines continue to be available at many retail pharmacies and medical clinics throughout Orange County. Individuals are encouraged to speak with their health care provider for additional options.
