ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County Sheriff’s Office has charged Daquan Jaques Brown with the drug-related death of 49-year-old Michael Thomas March back in August of 2023.

OCSO has charged the 28-year-old drug dealer with a felony charge of Death Caused by Unlawful Distribution of Fentanyl.

This discovery came to light after the OCSO investigation revealed Brown sold the drugs that killed 49-year-old Michael Thomas March in August of 2023.

Toxicology reports showed fentanyl, cocaine and mitragynine (another opioid) in March’s system.

The Department warns that there is zero tolerance for distributing deadly fentanyl in our community; stating they will do everything they can to put dealers behind bars – and keep them there.
