Man and woman found shot inside car that crashed into building in Orange County, deputies say

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies in Orange County said a man has died and a woman is hurt after they were found shot Saturday evening.

Deputies said they were called to The Groves Mobile Home Park on Stardust Lane at around 6:34 p.m. after reports of a car that crashed into a building.

According to police, neighbors reported hearing gunshots prior to the crash.

The driver, a 22-year-old male, suffered at least one gunshot wound to his body and was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

When deputies arrived, they found a man and woman, both in their 20s, who had been shot.

The passenger, a 22-year-old woman, was shot and transported to the hospital and is currently in stable condition.

The cause of the shooting and identity of the victims have not been released by deputies.

Deputies said the investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
