Long lines form outside federally-run COVID-19 vaccination site; eligibility expands to anyone 16+

Long lines formed outside the federally-run COVID-19 vaccination site at Valencia College West campus early Monday morning as Florida expanded vaccine eligibility to anyone 18 and older.

Teenagers who are 16 years old or 17 years old are also eligible for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, but they will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian and sign a consent form to receive the vaccine.
