Juvenile found shot in yard of Winter Garden home, police say

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — Police in Winter Garden said a juvenile was shot Sunday afternoon.

Officers arrived at a home near Bay Street and 11th Street around 12:05 p.m. after reports of multiple gunshots.

A juvenile victim was found in the yard of a home with gunshot injuries, officers said.

Police said the victim was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Officials said no other people were hurt in the shooting.

Officers said despite multiple people being in the area during the shooting, no one is cooperating with the investigation.
