Hot dog chain with self-service beer wall to open in Orlando

A fast casual hot dog chain is bringing its first location to Orlando.

New York-based Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ is preparing to open a restaurant at 1737 S Orange Avenue in Orlando.

Crave’s menu features a mix of hot dogs, barbecue staples like brisket and pulled pork, as well as a self-serve beer wall which features a selection of local beers.

The chain is targeting an opening during late spring and will hire roughly 15-20 people, Samantha Rincione, founder and CEO of Crave Franchising LLC, told Orlando Business Journal.

She added that the company was not sure when it would add additional locations, but is considering it.
