ORLANDO, Fla. — The state is set to ask a judge to proceed with the sentencing for an Orlando woman accused of leaving a 4-year-old boy to die in a hot car.
Investigators said Mariah Butler left her boyfriend’s son, Logan Starling, in a hot SUV in the parking lot of the Elite Preparatory Academy in October 2018.
