A former day care worker who pleaded no contest to leaving a 3-year-old in a hot van where he died had her sentencing rescheduled Monday because the judge was sick.

Myles Hill was found dead in the back of a van outside the Little Miracles Academy in 2017.

Deborah St. Charles was supposed to be sentenced in January, but the case was delayed when a new judge took over.

Investigators believe Myles was left in the van for 12 hours and that St. Charles was the van’s driver that day.

Her sentencing hearing was initially slated for 10 a.m. before being pushed back to a later date.
