Caitlin Reichel, a self-described “Florida girl” and graduate of West Orange High School, recently took center stage at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts’ Seneff Arts Plaza, captivating audiences with her unique hula hoop act in Cirque Mechanics’ Winter Wonder Shoppe, a limited run show under a big top tent on the lawn of Seneff Arts Plaza.

Reichel, who spent her childhood traveling with circuses, described the Orlando holiday performance as particularly meaningful.

“It’s amazing to be home for Christmas,” she said. “It almost makes me a little emotional because I don’t get to invite my friends and family to my shows very often.”
