Deputies respond to Windermere High School after 2 people seen jumping fence to get inside

WINDERMERE, Fla. — Orange County deputies and school resource officers responded Friday morning after Windermere High School was placed on “a hold” when two people were seen jumping a fence to get inside the school.

Records show deputies were called for a “suspicious person” incident at around 8:44 a.m.

School officials said the campus was searched by law enforcement and the hold was removed after all classrooms were checked and secured.

Officials said the individuals seen jumping the fence were no longer on campus.
