Boy, 16, dropped off at Orlando apartment complex after having been shot dies at hospital

ORLANDO, Fla. — A 16-year-old boy who had been dropped off at an apartment complex Sunday morning after having been shot died after being taken to a hospital, the Orlando Police Department said.

Police said someone called 911 shortly after 11:45 a.m. to report that the boy, Antrevus Cantlow, had been injured in a shooting.

Investigators said they are trying to determine where Cantlow was shot at before being dropped off at the Timber Sound Apartments on Raleigh Street near South Ivey Lane.

The Orlando Fire Department treated him at the scene before taking him to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
