ORLANDO, Fla. — It was a busy holiday weekend for Orlando’s theme parks. Universal Orlando Resort announced that Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay were all at capacity for the second day in a row.
The parks hit their capacity before noon Sunday.
On Saturday, all three parks hit their capacity at some point during the day, according to the website.

At Walt Disney World, reservations were not available for Saturday or Sunday, the park said on its website. The parks also reached their capacity.
Melissa Wilson was at Universal both Saturday and Sunday.
“It was a lot of closeness and I think that Universal -- maybe because of it happening for the first time yesterday -- I think that personally, that they saw how much it was, maybe too much, and that’s why today when they reached capacity. It didn’t seem as busy to me,” Wilson said.
Many visitors said they hope to see more weekends with crowds in order to save more jobs.
All major theme parks in Central Florida are operating at a reduced capacity and with social distancing in place.
