AJ’s Pizza Joint, a new restaurant serving Brooklyn-style pizza, is set to open Jan. 9 at 42 W. Plant St. in downtown Winter Garden.

The newcomer is the second tenant replacing half of the space formerly home to Winter Garden Pizza Co., a longtime staple in the area which closed abruptly in 2023.

Knallhart Management Group, a South Florida-based hospitality management firm, owns the restaurant with co-founders and brothers David and Drew Cardaci running the new eatery.
