Update:
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol said the Mercedes-Benz was traveling west on Silver Star Road at the intersection of North Hastings Street in the left lane while the Hyundai Palisade was traveling east of Silver Star Road, approaching North Hastings Street.
The Chevy Traverse was stopped in the outside lane of Hastings Street before the traffic light at Silver Star Road.
According to a news release, the Mercedes-Benz tried to make a left turn to travel south on Hastings Street, but entered the direct path of the Hyundai Palisade and struck the car.
Because of this impact, the Mercedes-Benz and the Hyundai Palisade sprung out, causing both vehicles to collide with the Chevy Traverse.
The 38-year-old female driver of the Hyundai Palisade was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center with serious injuries. The 54-year-old female driver of the Chevy Traverse was transported to Advent Health Orlando Hospital with minor injuries.
FHP is still investigating the crash.

Florida Highway Patrol said that the eastbound lanes of Silver Star Road and the southbound lanes of North Hastings Street are blocked off following a crash Sunday.

Troopers said the crash happened around 1 p.m. at the intersection of Silver Star Road and North Hastings Street.

FHP said the crash involved a 2002 Mercedes, a 2020 Hyundai Palisade and a 2012 Chevy Traverse.

The 87-year-old Mercedes driver, an Orange County woman, was transported to Health Central Hospital, where she died.
The other drivers were also transported to the hospital.
Traffic investigators are still at the scene of the crash.
