ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement after Orange County deputies shot a suspect involved in two drive-by shootings early Wednesday morning.

4:25 p.m. Update:
Orange County Sheriff John Mina confirmed that deputies shot a suspect on Wednesday afternoon who he said was involved in two drive-by shootings.
The drive-by shootings happened around 2:40 a.m. and around 8:40 a.m., Mina said and added that there were no injuries reported.
Investigators tracked the suspects and located them on the 5200 block of Montague Place.

When deputies arrived, they found several people in the driveway, including the suspects.
One of the suspects, a 16-year-old male, was armed with a handgun, deputies said.
After giving several warnings to the suspect, deputies fired at the 16-year-old.

Mina said that a 24-year-old suspect was hit in the foot and was taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
Deputies say one handgun was found at the scene.
Multiple people have been charged for the drive-by shooting and the incident at Montague Place, deputies said.
The officers involved in the shooting have been put on administrative leave pending an FDLE investigation..

Around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, deputies responded to the area of 5200 block of Montague Place.
The sheriff’s office has not released any information regarding this incident and will hold a press conference at 3:45 p.m.
