Orange County sheriff joins families to raise money for autism awareness

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — It’s National Autism Awareness Month, and the Autism Society of Greater Orlando hosted its 17th annual family fun day on Saturday.

The event was held at the Orange County Convention Center’s North Concourse.

Along with the autism walk, the family fun day included fun activities for every member of the family while raising autism awareness and funds that stay in the local community.

In fact, 100% of the proceeds stay in Central Florida.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office was celebrated with families as they danced, played games and bonded with the community.
