Through the month of December OCAS will waive adoption fees for pets seven years and older.
In addition, the shelter will provide a complimentary Kuranda bed with each senior dog adoption.
“Senior pets tend to get ‘stuck’ here with little interest from potential adopters,” said Diane Summers, Manager for Orange County Animal Services. “We want to help them find a home, and ensure they are comfortable by giving them a free bed.”
