ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — One person was injured in a fall Thursday morning near Belle Isle.
Orange County Fire Rescue said it was called to 6003 Hansel Avenue for reports of a person who had fallen several feet into a hole just after 9:30 a.m.

Officials said that the victim had fallen 10 to 12 feet into a sub-basement and was seriously injured.
After being removed from the hole, the patient was transported to Orlando Health Hospital for treatment.
Officials did not release any additional information on the person who was injured or how they fell.
