KISSIMMEE, Fla. — An investigation into the behavior of the Osceola High School principal is underway after a student has come forward with accusations of battery.
The allegations against Principal Nia Campbell stem from an incident following the boys basketball game on March 1.
Officials said that only one person has come forward with claims.

Relatives of Deshawn Jones, the basketball player, said Campbell pulled him out of the crowd by his hair while he was celebrating his team's victory against Oak Ridge High School on Friday night.
In the video, Campbell appears to pull children as if she is trying to break up the crowd.
Channel 9's Jeff Deal asked the school district if hair-pulling is an acceptable technique for handling students.
A district spokeswoman said she has forwarded the question to the district's attorney for a response.
The district's rules of conduct said that pulling a student in a way that would cause pain or discomfort is unallowed.
The rules said employees should not use the following techniques to control students: strangling, shoving, pulling, dragging, deep muscle squeezes or other similar stimuli.
The district said that officials reviewed the video and found no cause to remove Campbell from her duties.
Police continue to investigate the incident.
