New Year’s Eve forecast: Great weather to ring in the New Year in Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. — Central Florida will see pleasant to cool temperatures as we celebrate the end of 2024.

Will see lots of sunshine Tuesday afternoon with highs in the mid-70s to low 80s.

A few light showers will also be possible, but most will stay dry.

Our New Year’s Eve forecast still looks great across the area.

We’ll see just a few clouds in the evening, with midnight temps in the mid-60s.

Overnight lows will be in the low 60s as a cold front sweeps through the area.

Cooler air does arrive for New Year’s Day.

Expect plenty of sun across the area on Wednesday, with highs in the low 70s.

It gets even cooler late this week as more cool air marches in from the north.

We’ll see lots of sunshine on Friday and Saturday, with highs in the upper 60s.

The upcoming weekend does look a touch chilly, with temperatures only in the low to mid-60s and dry conditions.
