ORLANDO, Fla. — WFTV Channel 9 and its sister station WRDQ have programming changes coming up.
Dr. Oz will no longer air on WFTV Channel 9 at 3 p.m. starting Aug. 23. Fans of the show can see it on WRDQ at 10 a.m. until its last broadcast on Sept. 5.
After Sept. 5, WFTV and WRDQ television stations will no longer air Dr. Oz. Sony, the show’s distributor, and Harpo Productions, its producer, have decided to move the program to another station.
Here’s what will be in its place:
Effective August 25:
- Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Family Feud will air weekdays on WFTV at 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., respectively.
- Two episodes of Right This Minute will be broadcast weekdays at 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Effective September 22:
- WFTV will begin airing Celebrity Name Game hosted by Craig Ferguson weekdays at 10:30 a.m.
- Right This Minute will continue to air at 10am until further notice.
