City Beautiful Cafe had its ribbon cutting on August 11 in a 1,912-square-foot restaurant space on the first floor of the building. Popular barbecue restaurant chain 4 Rivers Smokehouse — owned by Winter Park-based 4R Restaurant Group LLC — previously occupied the space from 2015 to 2020, but it closed that location due to urban core small businesses suffering during the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The new concept, from Bem Bom’s AJ Campofiore, includes a mix of breakfast and lunch options including sandwiches, salads and more.
