A Dallas-based developer is pitching a new vision for the 110-acre site that was once home to Seminole County’s iconic Flea World marketplace.

Lantower Residential will have a pre-application meeting as part of Seminole County’s Oct. 12 development review committee meeting.
There, the developer will pitch its vision for a project on the land between U.S. 17-92 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard that is much different than what officials might have expected when plans for the land previously were approved.
