The long-awaited ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Wedgewood Park dog park will take place Thursday, June 1 In Wedgewood Groves.

Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings and County District 5 Commissioner Emily Bonilla will be cutting the ribbon at the grand opening of the dog park.
The 6.7. acre includes a concession stand, pavilion, playground, basketball court, exercise station, walking path, sand volleyball, and an open space with soccer goals.

Wedgewood Park is one of 109 parks, trails, and facilities on nearly 15,000 acres maintained by the Orange County Parks and Recreation Division.
