He was extradited to North Carolina and faced a judge Thursday on charges of killing his former boss, Rob Lane.

The court hearing was routine until the judge explained to Stancil that he faces the death penalty if convicted.

Stancil: “If you’re a (expletive) child molester, a (expletive) racist…”

Judge: “OK, you’re not going to use that word in my courtroom.”

Stancil: “I don’t give a (expletive) what you want, (expletive).”

Jude: “OK take him out.”

Several officers had to escort Stancil out of the courtroom while he continued yelling at the judge.

The judge said he would not allow cursing in his courtroom.

Police are investigating the murder as a possible hate crime, but have not said why.

Stancil recently lost his job at Wayne Community College, where Stancil and the victim worked together.

He had a similar outburst in a Volusia County courtroom earlier this week.
