Milk District landmark sold, new restaurant planned

The Hoods Up building in Orlando’s Milk District finally has sold, with its buyer saying plans for the iconic property will be solidified in 2025.

2400 East Robinson Street LLC, a subsidiary of Creative Village-developer Ustler Development Inc., bought the property from Quality Concepts LLC for $1.2 million.

Quality Concepts executives could not be reached for comment.
