The woman who drove her SUV with her children inside into the ocean will remain in state custody for now.
Attorneys for both sides were in court Wednesday to discuss two conflicting reports on Ebony Wilkerson's mental health.
One of the reports claimed Wilkerson meets the minimum criteria to be involuntarily committed.
The second and newest report said she does not.

Another hearing will discuss the two reports and talk to both doctors about what may have changed.
The hearing will be scheduled in the next 30 days.
