The Mayflower at Winter Park to debut next part of expansion

The Mayflower at Winter Park is preparing to debut the next phase of its $100 million expansion.

As part of the Bristol Landing neighborhood, the Winter Park senior living community will add five buildings with 10 units each — called the Waterside Residences — and a 9,912-square-foot clubhouse with a restaurant. Out of the 50 units, 43 have sold so far and the first residents are set to move in at the start of April, Steve Kramer, president and CEO of The Mayflower at Winter Park, told Orlando Business Journal.

Kramer said many communities like his in Florida are either looking at some type of similar expansion or already doing something like that.
