Maroon 5 to headline Music after Dark event at Universal Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. — Pop band Maroon 5 is set to headline Music After Dark, an intimate fan experience and after-hours event at Universal Orlando Resort later this summer.

Music After Dark will take place Aug. 25-27. Tickets to the event include three days and two nights at Universal Orlando hotel accommodations with all the resort amenities, exclusive and private evening access to Universal Studios with unlimited food and drink, admission to Islands of Adventure and a private all-inclusive Maroon 5 fan celebration block party at CityWalk.

“It’s always special when we perform an intimate show for our fans; we’re looking forward to a fun night with fans from all over in this unique performance setting,” Maroon 5 said in a news release.

The event is being produced by EBG Presents.

“We are thrilled to present this extraordinary fan experience with one of the world’s greatest bands at Universal Orlando Resort,” said Scott Zeiger, chief production officer of EBG Presents. “The band’s amazing fans are going to experience Maroon 5 as they bring their stadium and arena world tour performance to the Universal Music Plaza Stage. Everyone is a VIP, with passes to fabulous events and amazing resort accommodations.”

Check-in begins Thursday at select Universal hotels. After being granted access to Islands of Adventure on Friday, Maroon 5 will hit the Universal Music Plaza Stage in Universal Studios at 8 p.m.

Universal Studios Florida will be open exclusively for Music After Dark guests to enjoy unlimited food, beverages and attractions.
