On the market: Downtown Orlando tower anchor tenant office space for lease

Seaside Bank & Trust may be leaving or subleasing some of its space in the downtown Orlando tower with its name on the top.

Raleigh, North Carolina-based building owner Highwoods Properties has listed for lease Seaside’s 8,159-square-foot space in Suite 1350 and the 3,813-square-foot bank branch on the office tower’s first level by Jan. 1, 2024.

The Seaside Plaza at 201 S. Orange Ave. is one of Central Florida’s largest multitenant office buildings with 280,407 square feet of rentable space, based on Orlando Business Journal research.
