Man shot and killed at Circle K in Orange County, no arrests made, deputies say

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Saturday afternoon in Orange County.

The shooting happened around 1:15 p.m. at the Circle K on East Par Street.

When deputies arrived, they found a man in his 40s who had been shot.

The man was transported to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Deputies said the shooter remained at the scene.

Investigators said it is very early in the investigation but at this point, no arrests have been made.
