ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A former employee accused of stabbing his 25-year-old former Walmart Neighborhood Market boss has been arrested, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said.
The decision was made during a hearing Thursday when a doctor told the court Caswayne Williams was not fit to stand trial.
He will be committed to Florida State Hospital.
The incident was reported in March outside the store's gas station on Lee Road east of Interstate 4, near Eatonville, Orange County Deputy Rose Silva said.

The altercation appears to have spilled over from an argument the two had earlier in the day, investigators said.
All of Williams' future court hearings have been canceled.
