Man accused in Pine Hills shootings pleads not guilty to killing TV reporter, 9-year-old girl

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Court records show that the man accused of killing a TV reporter and 9-year-old girl in Pine Hills has pleaded not guilty to charges related to their deaths.

Keith Moses, 19, is facing first-degree murder charges related to the deaths of News 13 reporter Dylan Lyons, 24; T’Yonna Major, 9; and Nathacha Augustin, 38.

Moses had previously pled not guilty in Augustin’s death, and pleaded not guilty to Lyons’ and T’Yonna’s deaths this week.

Moses also pled not guilty this week to attempted murder charges related to the shootings of News 13 photographer Jesse Walden and T’Yonna’s mother Brandi Major.

Deputies say Moses shot five people, killing three of them, in three shootings in Pine Hills on Feb. 22.
