Man accused of exposing himself while peeking into Sanford homes to face judge Thursday

SANFORD, Fla. — A man accused of exposing himself while peeking into homes in Sanford is set to face a judge on Thursday.

Police said Angel Davis, 22, was arrested Tuesday night near 20th Street and Mellonville Avenue, north of Orlando-Sanford International Airport.

Officers said residents helped make the arrest and talked with each other in a Facebook group about a “Peeping Tom” for days.

Residents posted pictures and surveillance videos there before contacting the police.

Police said they received several reports about a man creeping around homes and exposing himself.

Officials said the incidents are under investigation.

Channel 9 will have a crew monitoring his first appearance in court and will provide updates on Eyewitness News.
