A luxury community in Lake Nona is nearing its opening.
Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-based development firm Toll Brothers Inc.’s Alora, a 125-townhome village, will open in late spring.
Site work for the community is underway off Luminary Boulevard and Centerline Drive on the south side of Lake Nona.
