Local restaurants share the recipe to keep repeat customers

Competition in Orlando’s restaurant industry is fierce and keeping repeat customers happy and returning has made some local eateries get creative.

For example, Executive Chef Ben Dorado who cooks for many Disney Springs’ eateries such as Enzo’s Hideaway, Maria and Enzo’s Ristorante and Pizza Ponte said adding a brunch menu to one of those restaurants has helped its business.

“Catering to a guests’ needs and giving them motive to return is so important. Last year, we introduced a brunch at Maria and Enzo’s as we saw an interest in such an offering, and it has been so popular. Brunch guests will express interest in coming again for lunch or dinner, and vice versa,” Dorado said in a prepared statement.
