An affordable apartment complex is being proposed near Baldwin Park.

The project, currently known as Hanging Moss West, would see roughly 300 units built off Hanging Moss Road, just east of Semoran Boulevard in Orlando, according to an application submitted to Orange County.

The proposal includes seven three-story buildings and one four-story one — plus a clubhouse and a pool — according to a rendering sent with the application.
