LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — A new year often comes with new resolutions, and for many, that includes improving health and wellness.
At Disney Springs, a new experience this month is taking that to the next level.

“There’s a little bit of everything for everyone,” said Shannon Smith-Conrad, Walt Disney World Ambassador. “You have girls’ night out, you have boys’ night out, you have a date night too, so you and that special loved one can go out and get connected. The focus is on your overall well-being.”
Disney, alongside AdventHealth, hopes Central Florida families will take advantage of the offerings.

From classes like yoga and Zumba, to fitness training with some of the most talented performers in the world at Cirque du Soleil, the goal is to feel good and healthy.
“Throughout the new year, a lot of our guests have a new year resolution to become better and be well. So why not come here, to Disney Springs,” said Smith-Conrad.

If training and exercise are not your thing, there are other options.
“You can go enjoy an experience over at Basin, then head over to MAC and enjoy the experience there,” said Smith-Conrad.
“If you’re a foodie, we also have some food offerings; you can go over to Morimoto Asia and enjoy a lunch special. And then just enjoy a stroll over our Disney Springs Art Walk.”
The initiative has been part of Disney’s calendar for the last four years, and it’s become more and more popular as the years go by.

“Everything’s free, it’s complimentary. We have a lot of great discounts, too, because here at Disney Springs, we have over 150 food offerings and stores. So, a lot of our stores are participating in having some special discounts.”
