CLERMONT, Fla. — Clermont Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened Saturday night.
Police said the shooting occurred around 10 p.m. at the Circle K at County Road 455 and State Road 50.
Police said that when they arrived on scene, all parties involved in the incident were still there.
According to police, the person who was shot died at the scene.

The parties involved did not know each other.
At this time, no one is in custody. Police continue to investigate whether this was a criminal situation or an accidental shooting.
