Lake County schools offering COVID-19 vaccinations to all staff and students 16 and up

LAKE COUNTY, Fla — Starting Monday, April 5, Lake County school employees and students who fall within the eligibility guidelines can get vaccinated at area schools with no appointment needed.

Those 18 and over need to bring their ID and the completed Pfizer consent form for both doses.

Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian with them and bring the completed Pfizer consent form, signed by the parent or guardian in advance for both shots.

Employees receiving their first dose can come to any of the locations to receive the first and second doses but need to bring the completed Pfizer consent form.

If you already have a vaccination card and are seeking your second dose, you are asked to bring your vaccination card to the visit.

Eustis High School from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

April 5 - first dose

April 26 - second dose

South Lake High School from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

April 6 - first dose

April 27 - second dose

Leesburg High School from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

April 6 - first dose

April 27 - second dose

Lake Minneola High School from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

April 7 - first dose

April 28 - second dose

Tavares High School from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

April 8 - first dose

April 29 - second dose
