ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A second round of jury selection began Tuesday in the case of a man accused of stabbing his co-worker at Universal Studios.

Opening statements in the case of Frederick Torres were supposed to start Tuesday, but a judge had to replace Monday’s jury after an outburst in the courtroom.

Someone walked into the courtroom and said they knew about the case and thought Torres was guilty.

Torres was fired in December 2015 from his job with Fasen Arts, an independent vendor inside Islands of Adventure.

Authorities said Torres was upset about his firing and returned the next day through an employee entrance.

Police said Torres chased the victim, Glenn Ferguson, around the park with a pair of scissors and stabbed him several times in the head and neck.

The incident was captured on surveillance video.

Ferguson’s wife said her husband is still recovering from the attack, and they would like to see the trial start so that they can have some closure.
