JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Six people were shot in a drive-by shooting mere blocks away from where the Jacksonville Jaguars are playing against their AFC South rival, the Houston Texans, according to officials.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is working the multiple shooting at A. Philip Randolph Boulevard and Pippin Street, according to a tweet from the public information officer.
Police say there are no suspects currently in custody.
The victims range in age from their 20s to their 70s, officials said.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department confirms they are also on the scene of the shooting at that location.
Deputies have obtained surveillance footage of a possible suspect in a gray 4-door Nissan Altima or Maxima. They believe shooter came from passenger side.
Detectives are looking into whether the shooting is gang-related, officials said.
