Jennifer Kesse disappeared 14 years ago from Orlando condominium

ORLANDO, Fla. — It’s been 14 years since Jennifer Kesse disappeared from her Orlando condominium.

Kesse, who was 24 years old at the time, was reported missing Jan. 24, 2006, and there has been neither a solid lead nor a suspect since she vanished.

Investigators said Kesse’s car was found at the Huntington on the Green condominiums, about one mile from her home near the Mall at Millenia.

Kesse’s last phone call was to her boyfriend Jan. 23 and she did not show up to work the next day.

Police have yet to make an arrest in the case.

In April 2010, four years after Kesse was reported missing, police “acknowledged that it had exhausted all possible leads in the investigation," according to a lawsuit.

The family of Kesse has continued their quest for information. In October, Kesse’s family members asked to see more information from the thousands of documents they obtained from Orlando police about the case.

Since then, Keese’s family has had some questions answered, such as who was the person of interest and how police cleared their names, but those thousands of document pages have raised additional questions.

In November, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office confirmed it was looking for clues in Kesse’s disappearance at Fischer Lake in Gotha but since then, no new discovery has been made.

Police are still asking if anyone knows anything about Kesse’s disappearance to contact Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS or the Kesse family tip line at 941-201-4009.
