The Orlando-based brand, a first-time business venture by Jeff Perera and his wife, Danielle, is more of a “bagelry” than anything else, he said. The shop sells fresh-baked, New York-style bagels, cream cheese, cookies and coffee.

There are 14 daily varieties of bagels, with flavors like asiago, rosemary and salt, cacio e pepe and blueberry, as well as five flavors of cream cheese: plain, chive and onion, brown sugar cinnamon, roasted jalapeno and veggie.
