Florida Sen. Rick Scott announced Friday that he tested positive for COVID-19.
Scott came into contact with someone who tested positive last week and chose to quarantine at his home in Naples.
Officials said he took several negative rapid tests earlier in the week, but a PCR test he took Tuesday came back positive this morning.
