Iconic Sanford PICO Building for sale; $2M for Coolidge’s former hangout

Sanford’s historic PICO Building has hit the market for $2 million.

The 6,032-square-foot brick building at 209 N. Oak Ave. is owned by Bat Dev LLC, an entity tied to former Pastor Timothy D. Hudson. The property is being marketed by Matt White of Sloane Realty LLC.

Hudson could not be reached for comment. He bought the building in 2012 for $125,000, according to county records.
