The iconic 301-room Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive has sold in a big deal.

Owner Ben Mallah, managing member of Largo-based Equity Management Partners, sold the hotel on 4.55 acres at 5905 International Drive for $31 million on Aug. 24, he told Orlando Business Journal.
It last sold for $23 million in 2016.

The hotel’s 2021 appraised value was $13.4 million, down from $15.9 million in 2020, according to the Orange County Property Appraiser.
